Boston, MA – November 6 – November 22

We are in the process of confirming the venue for our Boston, MA session. Once confirmed, you will have the opportunity to cancel your session should the venue be too far for your commute.

Registration Directions

  1. If you have not completed intake paperwork you can do so by clicking here. For those that have already completed our intake paperwork but have not within the last six months, please do so by clicking here. 
  2. On April 25, 2017 at 10:00am PST registration will become available via the link above. The quickest way to register is through our website by visiting this page. If you choose to register by phone we can help you complete the form, but this will not give you an advantage in the registration process.
  3. If registering for multiple sessions, you will need to complete registration request forms for each session you would like to register for.
  4. Upon submission of your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the request has been received. This does not confirm your registration in the session. Confirmation will only be provided once you’ve placed your $1000 deposit for the session.
  5. We will contact you within 72 hours providing a tentative schedule for the session, or waiting list placement options. The final schedules will not be released until 30 days prior to the session start date. Unfortunately, changes to your schedule may happen. If we do have any changes we will contact you with your new schedule options.
  6. To confirm the session, you will be sent an invoice with a payment link. You will be required to pay a $1000 deposit within five days from when the invoice was sent. If we have not received payment or contact from you regarding the payment during this time the space offered to you will become available for booking.
  7. Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of your intensive session reservation.

 

Pricing

All therapies will be priced at $125 per hour. We require a $1000 deposit to reserve the session, and payment in full is due 30 days prior to the session start date. If the session runs over a holiday, that full day will be removed from the price. See the table below for examples of full three-week session pricing.

2 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 weeks – $3,750
3 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 weeks – $5,625
4 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 weeks – $7,500

Insurance

We will not be able to directly bill your insurance provider for this session, but we will provide you with the necessary information for you to submit a superbill to your insurance provider. We will be out of network, so ensure that you contact your provider regarding reimbursement prior to the session for an accurate estimate of your total out of pocket expense.
