- We do our best to keep this list updated, but since sessions are reserved daily the session you requested may have just sold out even though the calendar shows it available.
- To reserve a session, contact us at 888-711-6272. We require signed paperwork and a $1000 deposit to reserve a session.

We accept personal checks and most major credit cards for payment. After your child’s scheduled session, you will receive proper documents with insurance coding and records of services provided. A $1,000 deposit is required to secure an intensive therapy session. Please note, your session is not secured by sending the registration packet unless the deposit is also received. The balance must be received,paid in full 45 days prior to scheduled session. If the remaining balance is not received 45 days prior to your scheduled session, your session may be canceled or moved to another date. This deposit is non-refundable unless prior arrangements have been made to move to another open session.
