About NAPA

Our History

NAPA (Neurological and Physical Abilitation) Center was founded in 2008, by Lynette LaScala, a mother of a child who experienced a near drowning accident on his first birthday. Like many of our families, it became Lynette’s life mission to provide Cody with the best life possible. Over the next twenty years, Lynette traveled around the world taking Cody to therapies, treatments, and anything she could find that offered hope for Cody.

This twenty-year journey led to Lynette’s new mission, to bring all the best therapies under one roof, and that is when NAPA Center was born.

NAPA offers a wide variety of therapies, techniques, and modalities from around the world in a three-week intensive or hourly therapy setting. Unlike other intensive programs, we do not take a cookie-cutter approach to therapy and work directly with our families to create a program tailored to the unique needs of each of our patients.

We are now offering intensive therapy programs across the world with clinics in Los Angeles, CA, Sydney, Australia, and as of May 2018, Boston, MA.

Our Mission

NAPA Center is dedicated to delivering innovative therapy services to children with a variety of neurological and developmental needs.   We strive to provide children and families with hope by offering services in a playful environment that enables clients to maximize their full developmental potential.

Our vision is to promote and sustain inventive practice through education and interdisciplinary teamwork. We are committed to providing our therapists with exceptional learning experiences and remain connected with the academic community and current practice by acting as a teaching clinic.
